  Pay no attention to these cake eaters. It's a Chinese buffet in Artesia. I would pick this place over any fast food they have in this town. The food was good, and I enjoyed it.

  I agree with Andrew, very sad. I've never seen new owners run a place down so quickly. Usually new owners add something to a place not subtract. No more Mongolian grill and "to go" is no longer by the pound

  The desk clerk at our hotel recommended this as a good buffet. Service was really nice. There's not a huge selection on their buffet but for what they lack on variety they more than make up for in taste. I was very impreased. Far from the normal Americanized Chinese restaurants where everything has a similar flavor and somewhat heavy on sauces, seasonings, etc. Everspring was lightly seasoned and even the few battered dishes weren't questionable cuts but thick hardy cuts of chicken or beef. Even the steamed shrimp tasted fresh.
